Lot: The Peppermint Bakery

This cute and colourful bakery has just opened in my version of Pleasantview. It is a family run business that will be passed down from generation to generation.

It costs §18,317 to buy and comes fully furnished. There is no kitchen as my sim makes her baking goods at home then takes them to the shop to be sold. However, a kitchen could easily be added!

Lot: Fulwood Community Park

Bring your family and friends down to Fulwood Community Park! It is popular with all ages and especially fishermen and women! Facilities include BBQs with a table and seating area nearby, toilets, swings, chess tables and a scenic pond. A large fountain lies in the heart of this beautiful park.

Clothing: Set of 3 Spring/Summer tops

Good morning!

Here in Scotland the weather is getting better! The sun is shining and when I went for a walk this morning I didn't even bring a jumper! I wanted to make a set of spring/summer tops for my sims to enjoy - and now your sims can too!

You don't need any expansion or stuff packs for these to work, and I made them using a maxis top from the base game so you don't need any meshes.

Stonewood Barn is a wonderful, spacious home suited to a large family. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen/dining room. This afternoon I created a residential university lot for one of my legacy sim's and his girlfriend. This affordable house is perfect for couples or friends attending university!

Built on a 2x2 lot, this house has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a room for studying and a joint living room/kitchen area. The study can easily be converted into a bedroom if required. It costs just §3,938 to rent.

Today I created a lot, which is almost identical to a house from a legacy challenge I was playing once. However it is built on a small 2x2 lot rather than 5x5! It has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a spacious kitchen/dining/living area. It is a great starter lot and rooms can easily be added if your family grows.
